A:   Hello, we can do everything you mention in your email, and it's just a matter of how much you are willing to spend since time is money and if we have to do a lot of research going back nearly 30 years to get all the right signatures, etc, it would cost more than if would if you could research the signatures or supply a sample, etc. Any University you choose is is fine, although foreign transcripts cost us more to make, so we prefer an American University. We usually mail the certificates within 5 to 10 working days
depending on how complex or custom a job is. I am not sure how long it takes for documents to get to Singapore. You can expedite delivery for small fee. We can send proofs since it slows down everything but we could do that as an optional extra.
